While looking for a new awning for our terrace, we came across Heim & Haus. During the phone call, an on-site consultation appointment was arranged as soon as possible. At this consultation, district manager Christian Ferger shone with his professional expertise. At the end of the consultation, we were convinced that we had chosen the right model. We found the price-performance ratio to be reasonable. The removal of the old awning and the installation of the new awning took place three weeks later and took around 2.5 hours. The fitters took the old awning away for disposal. Conclusion: From contacting us right through to installation, everything went perfectly. We are very satisfied. Keep it up!

We had 10 new windows and 2 balcony doors made and installed across our home and house. For planning: I was very satisfied with the planning on the part of the home and house, Mr. Gubisch gave us very good advice and support. Measurement: Several discussions with the contractual partner, the topic doesn't work that way.... a lot of back and forth, even the craftsmen present were in despair and very horrified by the behavior. Manufacturing/Quality: So far all I can say is that the quality is very good. Installation: After there were problems with the contractual partner when taking measurements, we moved straight on to the assembly, which I don't want to mention here. All in all, it was disappointing and I personally won't recommend it to anyone. On the construction site, all of the battens for drywall construction were dismantled, and the vapor barrier was damaged by other screws being screwed on to the battens....
